DUCK – PIGEONS
Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Gers and South West ducks, Foie Gras and cuts. Traditionally made from specially bred, non-GMO raised ducks, which are fattened for 10 to 14 days. Our Premium Ducks are traditionally raised and fattened for a longer period of time giving them an incomparable consistence which makes them easy to cook while conserving their exquisite taste.
Our pigeons are traditionally raised by passionate farmers in the South West of France. Les Terroirs du Chef provide you with whole Pigeons or ready-to-cook Pigeons.
